While shopping online, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may request an exchange or refund in accordance with the guidelines below.

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may request a return or exchange according to the following procedure.

Eligibility Period

Items may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Exchange Options

Customers may choose to:

  • You may choose one of the following:

    • Exchange the item for another product available on the website
    • Exchange the item in-store
    • Receive a voucher valid for 6 months from the date of issue

    You may either:

    • Visit any of our stores (Dbayeh, Ashrafieh, or Verdun) to complete your exchange
    • Or contact our customer service team on +961 81 990 438 to schedule a pickup from your location
 Refund:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card used during purchase
  • Cash payments will be refunded in-store or through our customer service team
 

INTERNATIONAL:

Exchange

You may request an exchange by contacting our customer service team on +961 81 990 438.
A pickup will be arranged from your location through our delivery partners (Aramex or UPS).

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

For exchanged items above $300, we offer door-to-door delivery including all duties and taxes

Refund

Refunds will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase.
